Restore + Rebirth Wellness Event

A donation-based wellness event for Lesley to celebrate her 3rd birthday in Van!

Pouring love, peace and healing to those that have shown her exactly that, through breathwork & more. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, chapstick, eye mask (if you'd like), and of course an open heart/mind.

You can expect an afternoon filled with rest, introspection and celebration from 2:00pm-4:30pm at The Garden Strathcona.
