A Sound Mind 🎶 Wellness Offering

An intimate gathering where various soothing instruments are played, creating a therapeutic symphony of sound. The goal is to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being through the power of sound vibrations.   

Please bring comfortable clothing (think oversized hoodies), a yoga mat or cushion for sitting or lying down, and a blanket or layers for warmth. Highly consider bringing a water bottle, eye mask, journal and pen for reflection after the session, and of course an open heart/mind.

You can expect an afternoon filled with rest, introspection and a nervous system reset on May 5th from 7:00-8:30pm at AO Studios 🌿 (554 Clarke Dr.)
