Join me for a 1:1 or group breath work session to connect back with yourself, welcome in peace and expansion to your life. This is an opportunity for you to dedicate time for yourself - you deserve it.
Each session will incorporate an activating 3-part breath while I navigate you on a journey within. Regardless of the theme, you may experience feelings of openness, gratitude, and connection. You may also release trauma, fear and other emotional blocks.
Group sessions are limited to 10 people for a more intimate and safe space.
Sessions are donation based - pay what you can.
